Where to start with this review? We were both warmly greeted on arrival by the owner Lina and her team and instantly felt welcome and at home. The hotel is a real gem of a find. Spotlessly clean and all rooms serviced daily and bedding and towels also changed daily. Shower gel, shampoo and soap provided in the bathroom. Breakfast is beautiful and something to please everyone, vast choice. Delicious home made pastries. Anna (sorry I don't know how to spell your full name) runs the restaurant and is fast and efficient restocking items. Anna always had a smile on her face and nothing is too much trouble. Alex cooks all of the hotel food fresh and also runs the bar. His food is delicious, be hungry the portions are massive. Alex greets every guest as if they were a family member. Last but not least the afternoon receptionist Denise is incredibly customer focused and it clearly shows. We had a medical emergency whilst staying at the hotel and every member of the team helped us get through the trauma. Special "shout out" to George for taking me/us backwards and forwards to the hospital. Day trips can also be booked via the hotel at a fraction of the price charged by local operators. To sum up this review we will be back and very soon.

You will not be disappointed with your stay at Bella Santorini. It ticks all the boxes. Cleanliness: The rooms are cleaned every day to a high standard, as are the grounds. Location: You have the tranquillity and peacefulness if you require it yet are a 3-minute walk from the beach with its selection of bars and restaurants. Facilities: air-conditioned rooms, a pool bar and restaurant to relax and take in the sun. ( Hats off to Alex, who runs the bar and cooks great bar meals) and, most importantly, the staff. Lina goes over and above to make your stay at her hotel the most pleasurable experience she can. Even selecting the staff not just for their ability but also their attentive nature. 100% recommended.

Absolutely corking little place to stay, Lina was just so lovely and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We wanted to go Fira so she arranged our transport for us, there and back. Our room was very spacious and had a sea view, would recommend 108. Plenty of choice at breakfast, fresh bread and pastry etc. Alex the barman was lovely, served us with lovely ice cold beers as well as cooking the poolside meals and a thank you to Alex's daughter (sorry I didn't catch her name) who worked in the dining room at breakfast and did the cleaning as well. All of the staff that worked there were so lovely. Would definitely recommend a stay at this lovely hotel.
